cClock on the Nokia N96 - A welcomed addition
Seeing as the Nokia N96 does not have the same kind of standby screen that the N95 has, its no surprising that cClock is a welcomed addition to the device, which not only shows the time with a large digital or Analogue format display, but also displays some other useful features, such as messages, Bluetooth, Date, and Week number etc.
cClock also works on the N81, however, not like the N95, and N96 where the screen goes into standby mode, and the back light goes out, on the N81 cClock only displays when the back light is actually illuminated, which is a shame, as I was hoping to get the same kind of effect, with white on black in the cClock settings.
You can download cClock for free from HERE which is an open signed sis file, so no need to self sign it.
Once you have downloaded, and transferred the sis file to your device, install it to either phone memory, or Memorycard/Mass Storage, and then go into your settings to activate it.
Menu>Tools>Settings>General>Personalisation>Themes>Power Saver>tick cClock v1.21
Now once you have done this, go into your applications, and locate cClock, and then launch it so you can configure the settings to what suits you.
Once you have done this, you will need to reboot the device, just turn it off, and on again, and then cClock will be enabled, and will automatically run when your standby screen cuts in.
