Will the BL-6F 1200mAh Battery from an N95 8GB fit an Nokia N96?
Well, in answer to this question, yes, and no. Although the battery does indeed fit into the N96, and powers up the device, you cannot get the flimsy plastic back to refit as it should without breaking it. Maybe if you sanded a couple of mm off the one face of the battery it may fit, but I certainly would not recommend anyone doing this.
